当天,向飞行员提供安全信息的空中任务通知系统(NOTAM)中断了数小时,初步判断原因是硬件问题。
2 月初,空中任务通知系统(NOTAM)也曾出现故障。该系统为飞行员、机组人员和美国领空的其他用户提供关键的安全通知,包括恶劣天气、跑道关闭等可能影响飞行安全的临时状况。2023 年 1 月,美国空中任务通知系统故障导致全美航空大停运,受影响的航班超过 11000 架次。
美国交通部长肖恩・达菲 3 月 21 日表示,他将于下周公布一项计划,旨在对美国老化且人手不足的空管系统进行升级改造。
据悉,美国联邦航空局将需要 1.54 亿美元(本站注:现汇率约合 11.17 亿元人民币)来进一步研究替换空中任务通知系统(NOTAM)系统,但将需要 3.54 亿美元(现汇率约合 25.68 亿元人民币)来替换损坏的部分。
